Welcome to the 2014 World Deaf Golf Championships page. This page is set to provide you with all the information required for the forthcoming World Championships. The venue is Grand Traverse Resort, Traverse City, Michigan. Set in 900 acres of rolling greens, woodlands and beaches, surrounded by orchards, vineyards and the beautiful Lake Michigan, it is set to be an iconic venue for the World Deaf Golf Championships.

To date, 13 players have been selected to play in three categories - Mens, Seniors and Ladies.

Mens - Jay Stally, Paul Waring, Martin Anderson, Mark Forrest, Michael Burris, Michael Roberts and Marc Murphy, Richard Le Page.

Seniors - Kevin Whalley, John Leishman, Keith Wilkinson and Derek Bridges.

Ladies - Donna Cross

The teams will be flying out around Friday 11th July 2014 ready to tackle the tournament on Tuesday 15th July 2014. Tournament ends on Friday 18th. The schedule for the tournament is as follows:

Friday 11th July Arrival day

Saturday 12th July WDGF general meeting - 10am

Sunday 13th July WDGF Technical Meeting (Managers/Team Captains only) 10am / Opening Ceremony 4pm

Monday 14th July WDGF Practice round 8am Shotgun Start / WDGC Shootout 3pm

Tuesday 15th July 1st Round 730am onwards

Wednesday 16th July 2nd Round 730am onwards / BBQ dinner

Thursday 17th July 3rd Round 730am onwards

Friday 18th July Final Round 730am onwards / Closing ceremony 6pm

Saturday 19th July Departure day
